How to use the Shop
I have broken down the following instructions into several catagories. These are for the main areas within our online shop.

Catalogues Using the catalogues, where to look, what to find and how to order.

We use original manufacturer’s part numbers.

As we list more than 18,000 parts the correct one can take a bit of finding, this is how to do it.

Supersessions - Some parts ‘supersede’ to others. For example BSA part number 2-49, a 5/16” cycle thread nut, is the same part as Ariel part number S1-3; therefore we automatically change the part number from 2-49 to S1-3. The part is the same but the part numbers change. Occasionally the part may not be identical but will do the same job although where appearance is important, allowance is made for this.

Per - The quantity shown in the catalogue under the heading of ‘Per’ indicates the quantity of that item used on one bike; it does NOT indicate the quantity that you will receive if you order 1 of that item. If you order 1, you will get 1, except in those few instances where the description says ‘pair’, set etc.

Shopping Cart How to read the shopping cart, have you got the right bits?
Don't forget that the computer doesn't know how many of each item you are looking for, so default is one item. Don't forget to change it if you want more.

To remove a part click on the red x and this will remove the part.

The total shown does not include VAT or postage.
Search Using a search that is second to Google? Learn more here.
It is possible to search by description but it is not recommended due to different names being used (fender/mudguard) and the possibility that too many results will be received to be of use, a search for ‘valve’ will return over 100 results.
Payment Filling out the payment page needed be such a painfull ordeal.

This is the most complicated page within our online shop. But follow it step by step and it should be as easy as falling off your bike.

Firstly select the relivant payment method, you have 6 to choose from, don't forget to include all of the information. Miss some out or get some wrong and it will delay your order.

We do NOT take payment at this stage, all payment is taken by Draganfly Motorcycles staff and not by the computer.

Double check your order details to see if you have got the correct quantities and also that you have ordered everything that you want.

Double check your address, if we send parts to the wrong address it makes a big headache.

When done, click on 'Process Order'

How to use our Online Shop
  • Using a paper version of our catalogue or a copy of the manufacturer’s parts book.
    • Find the part number and type it into the box on the left labelled ‘Quick Search’ then click on ‘go’ or press enter. Go to number 3 below.
  • Using the on-line version of our catalogue.

    • Click on the relevant model in the list to the left with the heading ‘Catalogues’. This will expand to give a list of the main sections of the catalogue starting with the engine, going through the transmission and onto the cycle parts; clicking on the relevant section may take you to a listing or, in the larger sections to a further list of sub sections. If you cannot find the section that you want, refer to the index on the main part of the page. There is frequently a photograph or drawing of the parts, although not all parts are illustrated and sometimes the drawing is in a separate file indicated by - simply click on this symbol and a drawing will appear. Find the part in the listing, check the description and click on the link (the text underlined and in blue), this will take you to the main shop page.
  • Main Shop Page
    • There will now be 1 or more parts listed, some with photographs and prices. Using the picture and description select the one you require, check that you are happy with the price and click on the ‘Add to cart’ button whereupon you will be whisked off the so-called ‘shopping cart’. Read the instructions on that page. If the price is shown as 0.00 it is either not available or you should have searched again using the alternative number given on the main shop page, click on the ‘back’ button on your browser, read the instructions against that part and try again!
  • Completing the order
    • When you have selected all the parts you require and checked that you have ordered the correct quantity click on the ‘checkout’ button, bottom right. You will then be taken to the checkout. Read the instructions and fill in the form.
